The Balance Program
Skills, tools and knowledge to balance the efforts you put in with the results you receive
You're a competent and kind professional.
You work SO hard throughout your career.
You've done everything you were told would lead to success.
You've given your career everything you have, and it’s still not Enough.
Join the Balance Programme and learn the skills to take back control at work - and in life.
When working hard
isn't the answer

You've worked hard throughout
your whole career
Going above and beyond. Fire fighting, saying yes, staying late and stepping in at every stage.
Those years of hard work have led you right here.
You’re drowning in overwhelm.
Your boss is still impossible.
You're still answering emails at weekends
(and feeling resentful about it).
In the system you're part of, it feels like you're never doing Enough.
You’re covering all the bases, only for the goal posts to move.
In reality, the system is broken. You're doing too much
You can't change the broken system by working harder inside it.
What you can change is YOU.
YOU can change how you respond and feel.
YOU can set boundaries and take control.
YOU can communicate what you need.
And the Balance Programme is designed to make
that a reality for YOU.
The Balance Programme
is designed to make that a reality for YOU.
Right now, you're working in permanent imbalance.
You put in 100% (and then some).
On a good day, you're given back 30% terms of satisfaction, recognition, peace of mind and progress in your career.
That's not sustainable.
But you know that.
That's why you're here.
The Balance Programme is designed to help you:
Change your behaviours to get different, better, outcomes - because doing more of the same thing will just give you more of the same results.
Accept reality as it is - so you can stop wasting energy trying to fix things outside your control and focus on what you can change.
Communicate effectively - learning to express your needs clearly instead of hoping people notice you need something.
When these three things shift, everything shifts.
You lose the emotional load, believe that you’re of value and start having actual influence over your work, and life.

Why this works wheneverything
else hasn't..

Let me explain..
Your boss continually puts more work on your plate.
You want to say no to the latest request, to set a boundary.
You know an email is the first step in doing this.
But you can’t write that email. You have the knowledge to write it, you’re skilled at communication. But knowing how to write, and even what to say, that isn’t the problem.
The problem is the fear.
The conditioning, the belief that if you say no, you'll get fired or be seen as difficult. That you’ll be punished, or overlooked.
It’s emotion driving this fear, and no behaviour change programme works without sorting that out first.
The Balance Programme uses experiential learning - a scientifically validated approach where you learn from your own lived experiences, not from someone else telling you what worked for them.
You're both the subject of the learning and the learning itself.
This means everything in the programme is 100% relevant to you, in your specific context, with your particular challenges. No generic advice. No one-size-fits-all solutions.
And it's backed by a PhD and 25 years of research into what creates lasting transformation, not just temporary motivation.
How it works in practice
The programme can be completed in 20 weeks. You can do this on your own, and use the community to sense-check your progress.
You will have lifetime access to the programme, and access to the Balance community will be part of the exclusive perks of the subscription post-course (more details below!).
We do 2 live rounds of the programmes every year. That enables us to do it together. You benefit from a strong community, and a programme leader for support, guidance and sense-checking. Even though it is deep work, it can be a good laugh too!

MODULES THAT FIT AROUND YOUR DAY
You'll work through 10 modules designed to fit into activities you're already doing - during a haircut appointment, on your commute in the pause after a work meeting.
This is critical because you're already at capacity. Instead of adding more to your plate, the modules work with your existing life.
SEE PROGRESS AS IT HAPPENS
When you begin, you take a baseline assessment at the start and the same assessment at the end, so you can see exactly where you’re making progress, shifting conditioning and finding self- compassion and strength.
This is critical because the more you witness, the stronger the changes will be
WEEKLY CALLS & COACHING SESSIONS
Each week, you'll join a group call - sometimes for Q&A, sometimes for co-working where you complete modules with your group. You'll have access to a community of other professionals, all on the same journey.
This is critical because peer-to-peer learning is powerful.
WEEKLY CALLS & COACHING SESSIONS
Balance means you notice what's actually happening in your life, reflect on it, make sense of it in your context, and implement what you've learned.
As you move through the 20 weeks, patterns start to become visible. Behaviours that you didn't even know you did become obvious. And you start seeing where they come from and the impact they have on your life, and their ripple effect.
This is critical because emotions and beliefs are the origins of behaviours.
Why this works when everything else hasn't
Most professional development programmes give you intellectual knowledge. They tell you what to do (set boundaries, practise self-care, learn to say no) without addressing why you're not already doing it… and without teaching you how to do it.
There’s a huge disconnect between knowing and doing.
Let me explain:
